At Traveltricks Holidays, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent travel experience. However, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed for bookings made with us.
1. General Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of respective service providers (hotels, transporters, airlines, etc.).
Refund requests must be submitted via email or official communication channels.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on booking terms and timing of cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp / Email).
Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below (unless otherwise specified):
Standard Cancellation Policy:
30+ days before travel: 90% refund
15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
7–15 days before travel: 25% refund
Less than 7 days / No Show: No refund
👉 Note: Actual refund may vary based on hotel/vendor policies.
3. Cancellation by Traveltricks Holidays / Service Providers
In case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, natural calamity, road blockage, etc.), we will:
✔️ Provide alternative arrangements OR
✔️ Process refund after deducting actual expenses
If any service provider (hotel/transport) cancels the booking, refund will be processed as per their policy.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
The amount will reflect in the original payment mode.
Delays (if any) due to bank/payment gateway are beyond our control.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
No show or late arrival
Early departure or unused services
Last-minute cancellations
Any booking marked as “Non-Refundable”
Denial of entry due to missing documents / permits
6. Deduction Charges
Cancellation charges
Hotel retention charges
Transportation cancellation charges
Service/processing fees
7. Force Majeure
No refund will be applicable for delays/cancellations due to:
Natural disasters
Landslides / roadblocks
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
👉 However, we will try our best to provide alternative solutions.
8. Refund Mode
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In special cases, alternate modes may be mutually agreed upon.
9. Important Note
Refund amount depends on actual recoveries from hotels and vendors.
Traveltricks Holidays acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee full refunds in all cases.
