1. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from respective service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.).
Prices are dynamic and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (name, age, ID proof, contact details, etc.) at the time of booking.
Any changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.

2. Payments Policy
A partial or full advance payment is required to confirm any booking (as per package or service).
The remaining balance must be paid before the travel start date, as informed by our team.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or approved payment gateways.
Failure to complete payment within the timeline may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, or tour operators.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees.
Refund timelines may vary (usually 7–15 working days).
In case of No Show, no refund will be provided.
Traveltricks Holidays reserves the right to charge a service/handling fee on cancellations.

4. Changes & Modifications
Any amendment (date change, hotel change, destination change, etc.) will be subject to availability and additional charges.
Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and depend on service providers.
Traveltricks Holidays is not responsible for any cost escalation due to changes requested by the customer.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid ID proof, passport, visa, permits, and other required documents.
Traveltricks Holidays is not liable for denial of boarding, entry, or travel due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travelers must comply with local laws, health guidelines, and travel regulations.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or services for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Any abusive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior may result in cancellation without refund.
Users must respect hotel rules, local culture, and guidelines during travel.

7. Third-Party Services
Traveltricks Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
We are not responsible for:
Flight delays or cancellations
Transport delays due to Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
Any issues must be resolved directly with the service provider, though we will assist wherever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability
Traveltricks Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused during travel.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure), such as:
Natural calamities
Political unrest
Pandemics
Weather conditions

9. Intellectual Property
All content (logo, text, itineraries, images, branding) belongs to Traveltricks Holidays.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is secure and used only for booking and service purposes.
We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.
By using our services, you agree to our privacy practices.

11. Updates to Terms
Traveltricks Holidays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the respective local court.
